Add Funds to Your Fuel Card
Connect a Bank Account
FuelStream uses Plaid to make the connection with your bank account. To learn more about Plaid you can visit their website here.
- If you haven't already, please download the FuelStream mobile app from the Apple or Google Play stores. Direct links to our mobile app have been provided below.
- Once you have downloaded the app you just need to login using the credentials that were texted and emailed to you. If you don't know your login credentials, please contact FuelStream support at 385-264-7610 for assistance.
- Once logged in navigate to the 'Manage' screen and click 'Link / Update Bank Account' from the options.
- A new window from Plaid will pop-up asking you to sign-in to your online banking. You will need to login using the same information you use to access your bank account online.
- You may need to answer security questions or provide your bank's routing number and account information to verify your identity.
- Select the account you would like to use to fund your FuelStream account.
- Once the connection has been established you will receive a 'Success' message and be taken back to the FuelStream app.

Adding Funds
FuelStream does not post any funds on weekends or Federal holidays. A complete list of our holidays can be found here.
- Click 'Add Funds' from the 'Manage' screen.
- Select your transfer type from the drop down.
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer.
- Review and confirm the details of your transfer before submitting.
- Once the transfer has been completed you will receive a message letting you know it was successful.
Depending on your internet connection a transfer may take up to 30 seconds to complete.
Using Zelle
FuelStream now offers Zelle as a service to transfer funds to your fuel card account. In order to use Zelle your bank must support the Zelle service. Be sure to check with your institution, if you have a business account your institution may not support Zelle on business accounts even if they support it on personal accounts.
Terms and Scheduling
There is a $4.95 fee for all Zelle transfers.

Sending Money
- Login to your bank's website (not your institution's mobile app)
- Find Zelle from your account
- Add FuelStream Services as a contact using our email cardfunding@fuelstreamservices.com
- Enter the amount you wish to fund
- In the Notes section enter your company's name
- Failure to enter your company's name in this field may result in a delay in funding as our funding team will not know where to apply the funds
Important Notes
- You cannot send money using the Zelle mobile app because debit card payments are not accepted on business accounts through Zelle.
- Your institution may allow you to access Zelle from their mobile app, but not every institution has this ability.
